At least, according to this site*. I, for one, do not have the coin to keep a tux in my closet, but there are some good tips in there. Like this one, “the time for faded band T-shirts is up to around your 30th birthday.” Ha!

Personally, I went from wearing only band shirts, to keeping only a few on hand. I think it was a few years back when we saw the Night Marchers play, and I noted that John Reis (I know, I know) wouldn’t be caught dead in a band shirt. To that, I declared, “Not wearing band shirts is the new wearing band shirts,” if that makes any sense. As Kim wrote on my birthday card this year, “To the classy years.”
